Every Apex system comes with the full support of our expert UK-based team who see the project through from the initial specification and design work, through installation, commissioning and the thorough training of your operators and thereafter, right the way through to fully support and keep your Apex robot systems up and running efficiently and reliably for years to come.

The company philosophy of "in-house" manufacture wherever possible allows Apex to produce parts to our exact specification on a very short timescale. It also means we're not reliant upon outside sources for continuity of supply. All of this means you get original Apex spares quickly from stock at the right price. When we don't have the part in our UK stock we'll fly it over from Apex Head Office at no extra cost to you (within normal delivery times).



In the UK, we have experienced service engineers who are strategically located and there is also comprehensive telephone support from our UK headquarters. We take support seriously to ensure that (should there be a problem) you experience minimal or no downtime and can maintain your service to your clients.  We would rather get you up and running through a phone call than keep you waiting for a visit from an Engineer.
